ALKMILLATE (GRINDING)
We supply three types of ALKMILLATE products featuring different base oils: ALKMILLATE CM (mineral oil), ALKMILLATE JM (hydrocracked base oil), and ALKMILLATE PAO (polyalphaolefin). Each product within these series is formulated with a unique recipe to meet your specific machining requirements.
ALKROCUT (CUTTING)
Our ALKROCUT products is categorized into multiple variants for machining different metals: ALKROCUT GA, ALKROCUT MA, ALKROCUT TS, ALKROCUT CU, ALKROCUT GP and ALKROCUT DH. Products with or without sulfur or chlorine can be selected according to your requirements for high pressure and wear protection. All ALKROCUT products are based on mineral oil as the base oil.
ALKSOL (CUTTING)
The ALKSOL series of metalworking fluids offers tailored formulations for both conventional turning, milling and drilling operations, as well as demanding processes such as broaching, tapping and high-speed machining. It delivers outstanding performance in boosting machining efficiency, improving workpiece quality and reducing overall costs (including tooling, energy consumption and waste fluid disposal), while also boasting superior long-term stability and cost-effectiveness.
ALKCLEANER (CLEANING)
Environmentally friendly cleaning oil ALKCLEANER CH-01 is non-corrosive to all metals, non-toxic, harmless and non-irritating to the skin. It can dissolve grease and is suitable for hydrocarbon ultrasonic cleaning machines, as well as hardware, jewelry, clock, electronics and other industries.
